Miles Overton unavailable tonight and likely done for the year. Left wrist injury, possible surgery needed.

Bummer about Miles, but they're missing Gustys too, guess that is part of the game. Nice to see us take advantage with the Williams. We need some guard production from someone other than Lee though in the second half - especially with his foul trouble.
Moran, Jonnson, Canady and Mojica have only taken 4 shots. All 3pt shots. They all missed. Lee took 10 made 7. Surely, they'll be more well rounded in the second half. Love the Austin Williams progression... getting better every game.
Un-believable.
I didn't think it was possible to blow a game like that. Drexel lead 77-67 with 1:15 to go. Hofstra scores 12 in a row in final 1:15.

Your largest lead was 13. I'm a Hofstra fan, and if you had gone up 15 I would have given up and stopped watching. It was an extremely rare call for Lee to foul out before the ball was inbounded when his team was inbounding.
I'm hoping the replay is available somewhere. missed free throws had to come in somewhere and it looks like we missed 3 in the final minute.

I'm pretty much ignoring this season ever happened since it's hard to see all the games and a new coach deserves time to bring in the players he wants. strange things are going on though. giving up 100+ points and an epic meltdown don't give you the warm and fuzzies.

Lee missed 2 free throws in the final minute before he fouled out. If he makes those free throws, I don't think it's possible for Hofstra to do what they did. Williams had a few 1 and 1's where he made the front end but I think he missed the back end. Also Hofstra made every free throw they attempted in the final minute. It's just one of those crazy games where all in a sudden out of nowhere, the team leading can't do a single thing right and the trailing team doesn't do a single thing wrong.

The only thing positive about this is that it took place in a season that's already been written off as a disaster, and this game will soon be forgotten.
And hopefully, all of these painful messages will resonate in future years for Kurk, Kari and the transfers that are watching from the bench.

Austin missed the front end late, also. They fouled the right guy on that possession.
Kurk turned it over on a backcourt violation.
Inventing new ways to blow a game.
