Full Version: 3D TVs finally, officially dead

First of all, I never got why/how 3D made a comeback and try to do it on the small screen in your home. I was selling tv's when the 3D craze started and never got it personally.... also, with me wearing glasses, 3D glasses never accommodated me very well....

Wonder how this will trickle down to 3D theatrical releases and their following home 3DBR releases.
They will make another attempt to comeback in 10 or 20 years.

In my heart I know you are right.
I love 3D movies.

It's not worth it on the big screen, but I enjoy them on my TV.

There will be no need for 3D Tvs in that time frame because Virtual Reality will be widespread and probably pretty outstanding.

Very disappointing. I love 3D movies. I hope they at least keep them going in theaters.
