Actual translation (lol bing):

This morning we have informed the White House that I will not attend the scheduled working meeting for next Tuesday with the POTUS.
What's the point in meeting with Trump.
So he's not going to pay for it? Awe man.
I strongly suspect that there will be big changes in immigration policy even if congress passes no new immigration laws and the Mexican president refuses to meet with Trump.
See ya later NAFTA!
I have a feeling that this will hurt Mexico more than it will hurt the U.S.
They want to keep the advantages they have. I'm sorry but the gravy train is about to be over with.
This is going to be AWFUL for Texas.
Mexico's unemployment is about to skyrocket. Good luck. It's not the United States' job to rebuild Mexico.

And the more it hurts Mexico, the less likely it will be that they pay for a wall.
He does not want to make Mexico great.
Qué lástima! 03-zzz

Not if you take it out of their foreign aid fund... which Mexico is scheduled to receive $134.6 million in FY2017. 07-coffee3

Can he do that by executive order? If so I'm fine with it. That doesn't come without consequences however.

Just a simple, small tax on all outgoing money transfers to Mexico will do the trick.

What are they going to do? Throw tacos at us? I really don't think we need to play these games. Pedro needs to bring his ass to Washington and man up to Trump in person. Don't be girl about it.

Let him posture for his people. Mexico is proud and he can play his act all he wants. It will all be settled quietly behind closed doors.
