Dates are starting to show up on other school's social media so here's what I've seen so far:

9/2 - Kentucky
9/9 - Southern
9/16 - @UL Monroe
9/23 - OPEN DATE
9/30 - North Texas
10/7 - @UTSA
10/14 - UTEP
10/21 - @La Tech
10/28 - UAB
11/4 - @Tennessee
11/11 - @Rice
11/18 - Charlotte
11/25 - @Marshall
Don't know the dates, but we host UAB, UTEP, Charlotte and North Texas

Yet another great conference schedule to snooze through.

Slept through it last year, that's for sure. And by that I mean the players did.

Not knocking anyone else, but as for me, anytime my Eagles play is a game I want to see. Now I must admit that I only want one of those 1AA type teams a year, and yes some are bigger than others, but all in all I just like seeing my Eagles play some football. I'm not there to see the other team play.
I want to see us beat UAB 70-0
Still can't believe the conference just let them waltz back in
I do agree with you to some extent JB. However, I'm a season ticket holder than lives four hours away. It's just too expensive to do that with tickets, hotel, food, etc. Up until last year I usually only miss one game a year. Last year I only went to two games. This year, I'm not even sure I'll renew. UK is the only game I care anything about seeing. This version of CUSA is just terrible and I hate everything about it.
Now official

I had assumed that La Tech would again would be the season finale but it's at Marshall.........at least it's still a road game as that weekend is an attendance killer
I'd rather Thanksgiving be La Tech. Easy travel against a team in our division that is normally right at the top with us. So dumb to move that. Only reason our attendance sucked for it this year was because fans had quit on a team who had fallen apart.
7 teams in each division requires one interdivisional game for the final week. So we got stuck with it along with Marshall.

I too live about the same distance away, just the other side of Pensacola. It's tough for me to make games too. Went to couple this year and will have season tickets this coming year. And yes the cost of going makes it hard. Totally understand about the cost.

I predict our final record will be 0-2. Were Kentucky later in the year, I could see 1-1.

You think we'll lose to expansion UAB at home? Wow, dude. You're dark.

...didn't you people say that about 4 other teams last year?...The Power of 3T is undeniable...unmistakable...and unstoppable.

but if it makes you feel better we can swap a UAB "loose" with a UTEP double U.

I'm definitely not ruling anything out.

Amazing how those of us with the most football cred tend to "get stuck" with things. Maybe they figured USM-Marshall was the best possible TV draw, with viewership surpassing 4 digits.

My assumption was that since USM/La Tech has the potential to attract a good crowd why put them on Thanksgiving weekend where attendance will suck. Why not have matchups on that weekend where teams have to travel further so it helps out earlier in the season??
