Munz dropped a few nuggets in his chat today, for whatever it's worth.

Wouldn't call it a scoop, so much as a few nuggets of insight.
I've seen Damon Evans' name mentioned here and there, including in last week's live chat, but I don't think he's a legitimate candidate. Last week, I said he was probably 50-50 in terms of his candidacy. I think it's a lot lower now. I don't see him as USM's next AD.
It's been indicated to me that it will more than likely be a sitting AD or someone currently in an upper level athletics administration position at an FBS or FCS program.

A top 3: I think it's some combination of Jeremy McClain, Brad Teague and an internal candidate (Hegenauer, Feig, someone else)

I'll be happy with either McClain or Teague. Really glad the ex-Ga guy will not be it. No SEC people please.
