Quote:Helping the homeless is something that some of us love to do, and something others avoid for their own reasons. But when one struggling homeless man wandered into a Murfreesboro, Tennessee Chick-fil-A, he got the surprise of a lifetime.
The man came in wanting any leftover food scraps the store had to spare - but he left with so much more!

My Chick-fil-a has done this before.
He asked him to pray.

What a bigot, not to think about what the homeless man believed or if another customer would be "offended."

Call in Holder!

right?!?!?!
I love that place. They have the best customer service and good food. To bad they don't do burgers or I would probably go there more often.

Great post UTSAMarineVet09! My family loves Chick-fil-A for the food and all that it stands for. This simple act of love and faith is a great example of the true calling of those that call themselves Christians. This manager was truly salt and light of the earth and who knows what future impact this act had on not only the homeless man but anyone who may be watching...

Quote:I realized then and there that Chick-fil-A doesn't simply do business for profits, they truly use business to minister....

I love teaching my daughter life lessons, and I also love being there to watch other Christians teach her life lessons. Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for taking care of the latter today."

I am proud to have worked at Chick-fil-a. It was a fulfilling experience.
I never eat at Chick-fil-a.

The damn lines are always too long.

Give it a try. You won't regret it. The chicken sandwiches and customer service are top notch! And those waffle fries...

you can order through their app now
Our neighbors are Fil-A franchise owners, won't find nicer people anywhere on the planet.

Kids are kind of bratty though. 01-lauramac2

We only buy the salads there. Delicious.

The damn lines are always too long.

During peak hours, they have staff outside taking orders and swiping cards. It is so efficient that you barely even come to a stop. You can get through a 20+ car line in 5-10 minutes.
Love Chick-Fil-A food, not a huge fan of some of the beliefs they have mentioned publicly, but don't care so what they have a right to an opinion just like I do.
I wish at times they'd open on Sunday

I can't count the number of times I've almost pulled into one and then remembering it's Sunday and they aren't open.
