OC........being discussed
why not
Great recruiter. Where is he now anyway?
Rainy day to be fishing.

...by Btiger & anyone he can hook while fishing on this forum. I'd take bets on this "discussion" that Porter will not be our next OC.

Fair enough. Don't think he'd come back though but who knows.
SMH
I'll never understand the joy some take in hating on a guy who loves the Tigers, no matter how poorly his tenure here went.

The rebelbear faithful will tell you they are waiting for a coach up to their lofty standards

Maybe btiger is hating but I don't think anyone else is. Porter was a great Tiger FB player & good man as well who I know loves this university but I don't think suggesting he is not really being considered is hating on Porter.

Agreed. I'll trust the judgment of Coach Norvell.
I have always liked Larry Porter and would love to see him here, not as head coach, but somewhere else. He probably doesn't need the grief of the OC job either, but its the head coaches job to get his man.

WR coach versus OC and triple the salary.

He just was not ready for the position of head coach. Was never a coordinator and hard to go from position coach to head coach.
