Kind of says a lot for the coaches Beckman brought in when he came to Toledo...that should not be overlooked. I'm over with the way he left Toledo and how he treated the team after talking so much about loyalty. Don't know if I would ever want him back as head coach again if Candle were to leave the program for any reason. Might not be that bad and I think he would be more of a "lifer" if that were to happen. Has too much baggage now. Wonder how his lawsuit against Illinois is progressing...
