The guy that conducted the interview is Matt Noonan. He was just brought in a few months back. Hopefully he can fill the void that took place after Tommy G left. I felt as if the coverage of UC athletics from Bearcats TV has been lacking the past year. Did we even have a coach's TV show this past fall (not that anyone wanted to watch)?

I mean, unless you wanted tips on your short game.

Not a bad interview to listen to, but pretty much reiterating everything that has been posted around here already.

I think the thing I like most is he isn't the most eloquent speaker. It makes me feel like he's actually saying things he means and not what you wanted to hear, i.e. Timmy Tupperware.
He's won me over. I'm all in. Maybe I'm a sucker but I don't care.

Same, he is off to a great start.

Still too jaded from Tubs. I'll wait until I see results.
It is smart not to take the guys already in the program for granted. I like that.

Agree. Timmy Tupperware is a new one I've not heard round these parts before. Good one. We know what we had with Granddad Fishing Buddy who spoke smoothly but coached roughly (or roughly coached). Give me a guy who loves to coach young men and lives it and breathes it sacrificing himself every day first and foremost.
I've been saying that exact same paragraph since Spring camp in 2013. It is going to be such a breath of fresh air to have somebody in charge of a staff who takes the stuff as serious as a heart attack. And as seriously as the fans do. It's more than something to do for a little entertainment value once a week. The old coach never got that.
