Yeah, this is what happens when teams with less than 6 eligible wins go bowling. Army is 6-5, but two of their wins are against FCS teams. If they beat Navy they'd be truly bowl eligible, but if they lose, their "6-6" would be equivalent to 5-7.
When you get to that stage, you just gotta take what you can get. Having a rematch is unfortunate, but that's what we're left with.
