I was thinking about it but unfortunately my Saturday is booked. I've wanted to check out their new arena but I don't care for Towson enough to go lol. This would have been my reason but I didn't plan enough for it

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. If it was a night game I'd be 100%. I did look at tickets and it looks like good seats are available and pretty cheap ($16).
At the end of the game on Wednesday night, on the post game radio show, Coach Jones had more emphasis on Towson than he did for URI, who were ranked before losing. It seems Towson is a good team. He said they are just a slightly smaller version of ODU.

yep. I'll be there, 5th row behind the ODU bench!...have to keep a heads up, that's close enough to get hit by a foul ball...or a Monarch shot attempt...first bball game since I moved from ORF 4 years ago...Towson beat GMU and played Maryland tough (they were ahead most of the game but lost at the end)...no great feats but not expecting a cake walk...the way this team has been shooting I doubt there is such a thing as an easy win...
speaking of shooting (I know we were) we desperately need to establish an offensive identity and maintain a better rhythm... it seems like most offensive moves on this team are rushed...I don't mean runnin, gunnin rushed (gawd the pace couldn't be any slower which contributes to the problem IMO), I mean when anyone gets the ball (sans Caver) they seem panicked and are trying to drive, dish, or shoot too fast...our big guys just chuck the ball at the rim like it's a live grenade, hoping the basket is up there somewhere...the entire offense has a pickup game quality--a pickup game with mostly teens...
FWIW, Jones was not at all thrilled about the team jacking up 3's to start the last game. He let the bench know several times, and chewed out the team at a media timeout for the duration of the timeout... that's a long time to yell.

Ah, geez, Petey! I had almost forgotten!
Wow, it's still out there....
If we got the stop, we would have won. If we won, we would have gone 10-1 and 7-1 in the CAA, won it outright, Had a 1st round bye and wouldn't have faced off against Georgia Southern... And Heinicke threw his first and only pick in the closing minute of this game. All of that rode on one damn play
