I'm not sure he even makes it to New York. That's what happens when you are on a .500 team, even if you are the leading rusher in the nation (yds per game). If Foreman hadn't been out injured vs. UTEP, he would be almost a lock to get 2,000 yards.

Yes, Lamar Jackson is absolutely a lock for the Heisman Trophy.
