Oh uh, I hear some lawsuits coming!

Quote:If you voted for Donald Trump, you may not feel welcomed at Grubhub.

The CEO of Grubhub, an online food delivery service, sent a company wide email Wednesday suggesting employees who agree with President-elect Donald Trump’s behaviors and his campaign rhetoric should resign.

“If you do not agree with this statement then please reply to this email with your resignation because you have no place here,” wrote Matt Maloney, Co-Founder of Grubhub. “We do not tolerate hateful attitudes on our team."

The inclusive left strikes again.
The irony is dripping off of his line, "we do not tolerate hateful attitudes on our team."

That guy should resign because he is a disgraceful hypocrite.
Hope GrubHub isnt on social media. They are about to go to the bottom of the barrell.

Oh, this is rich. Check this out.

GrubHub is public company. Matt Maloney just sold a shitload (15,000 shares) of shares in his company right before this story was going national.

If you can fire someone for being Gay (and you can in most places and many of you support that practice), you should be able to fire someone for being a supporter of Trump.

I dont think any of us support firing Gay people if they are gay. If a company does that, its probably not a good company to be working for anyways.

I fire people for being morons, not because of what they do in the bedroom.
I think this was probably totally unnecessary and done in an immature fit of pique, but I theoretically don't have a problem with telling people that specifically the behaviors and rhetoric of Trump will not be normalized in the workplace because he won.

Now, obviously, I seriously doubt that this was a problem in need of a solution, but in a theoretical world where people considered a Trump victory a license to emulate his worse characteristics, if they were SPECIFIC about what kinds of behaviors and rhetoric was verboten (mocking the handicapped, ridiculing women about being on their period, etc) that would be fine with me.

Telling someone to quit because the VOTED for Trump, or if they supported some or all of Trump's policies, would be a big problem for me, but they very specifically DIDN'T state that. It's clearly implied that they are talking about his most regrettable moments and statements, which even the vast majority of his voters neither really support him doing, nor would find appropriate in the workplace.

But again, shouldn't have been sent, almost certainly didn't need to be sent.

Oh, quick edit...I absolutely respect his right to legally fire people for pretty much whatever he wants to, even if it's totally idiotic in this case.
I would actually prefer to work for someone where it is ok to grab a female coworker by the pu$$y. Anyone else?

Donald Trump's first 3 hires care. 2 of them work for an organization that supports putting us all in jail camps for the crime of existing and who gave thousands of dollars to defend Uganda's plan to execute people for being Gay.

If no discrimination occurs, then no issue with making it illegal, right?
