I went to Immaculate Conception's playoff game on Saturday to watch Jordan Rowell. He definitely passes the eye test although IC so outclassed their opponent I could have run the ball effectively. I left at halftime with IC leading 44-0. It's hard to believe anyone in class 3A can hang with IC.

The best game of the weekend was in class 2A where Deer Creek Mackinaw defeated Chicago Hope 91-70. I thought that was a misprint at first.

And that is with 12 minute quarters. If the game had 15 minute quarters it extrapolates out to 114-88. Dee-Mack had 64 points at half time and it sounds like they actually did most of their damage running the ball. Unreal.

Rowell would be a great get, although he has reopened his recruiting. NIU's chances appear slim.
