Honestly, this team is about 1/2 step away from being really good on offense. They just can't seem to find a rhythm. What's missing is the running QB IMHO.

I'd say both teams are playing like ****. Conner Manning can't hit a receiver and ARKST can't get past GSU's redzone defense for all the gold in the world.

Even if we couldn't, it should be at least 19-3 right now, and looking like a blowout. We just struggle in key areas as a team.

I think it's more of an issue of, besides about 5 teams, our conference makes itself look bad.

Manning or Winchester....pull Manning in my opinion.

We went 1-3 out ooc last year and Appy couldn't stop us either.

That's only the 2nd first half Touchdown allowed by Georgia State over it's last 7 games. You can see why they drive teams crazy. Even when we get the ball upfield, they just calmly lock it down and force us to score the hard way.

You could say the same for GSU though. If they had a halfway decent QB, they would have more points on the board themselves. Open receivers haven't been a problem.

I thought Hansen was listed dual threat on 247. It also looks like your o-line is having trouble pass protecting at times. Is it normal for teams to get that much pressure?

Been saying the same thing guy is awful. On a positive note falcons might have a turnover and i hate that cannon at tampa stadium. Makes me think im in falluja.

It's that combined with strange phenomenon, like a team like Arkansas State dominating the conference at times, but being rather pedestrian out of conference, and a South Alabama getting huge OOC wins, and struggling to produce much in conference.

Both kill the final rankings for the teams.

If your team is better than us based off something unrelated to a head to head match up, just beat us.

We have a mediocre HC, lousy OC, and pretty sound DC. Our staff minimizes September for some reason unknown to most of us. We get to league play and loom like a different team (or the real team) and yet the league's fans still act shocked when we go in and beat their team.

Yeah, our O line was touted but not living up to the billing in my opinion. At times he has all day but they don't pick up the blitz well.

Both teams thrive forcing the opponent to do things perfectly. That's our defense, giving little coverage windows and forcing QB's to throw into it. It's part of the reason our OOC record has been so poor, the SBC isn't exactly known for producing a stable of top caliber passing QB's.
