I've heard Ehsan mention a few times there would be improvements to the game day experience this year. Anyone heard what that means?

I'd like to see those flame thrower things behind each basket that ignite during starting lineups when we announce our players.
Hopefully it means different music for lineups at least. What we had last year was awful, actually draining energy from the crowd during player introductions.
There's a few: Blazer Band will be a string quartet this year, concessions will be centered around charcuterie & artisanal jams & finally the playing surface will be made of Tempurpedic memory foam.
The real question is who will be the first person to ask about the volleyball court lines during game tomorrow night.

Who will be the first to complain about concessions? Parking?

I don't think they have the lines this year
The Women's basketball twitter account put out a short video of the floor going down yesterday & then a pic of the completed floor today [Image: b51ae1259f7494a32c48f2dd1a55bd00.jpg][Image: e90637a43d934b886d7c1ca740969356.jpg]
I think the final volleyball home game was Monday night

Who will be the first to complain about concessions? Parking?

Or maybe the price of tickets?
Fresh Peanut Depot Goobers?

Love those knutz, but the cleanup crew would go kwazie having to sweep up all those shells and those pesky little nut wrappers that some folks toss before chomping down the pnut.

I'll beat the crowd and complain about parking now.
Just wait until the Business school construction takes out the parking lot in front of Bell. That will be fantastic!
My first guess is definitely something concessions-related. After that, I can see us doing something different with the video boards. The new ticketing system has already been addressed, but it is definitely something that make life easier and cut down on lines entering and at the ticket office.

Can you elaborate on the new ticketing system?

Scanning barcodes on tickets, I believe.
Yes, barcode system. Printable tickets & online ticket transfers... significantly lessens need for will call.

Yeah the barcode system is awesome. I didn't even have to get paper tickets for the auburn game, they are on my phone.
Printing tickets and barcodes are very convenient. However, As a fan of Sports memorabilia, I do kind of hate to see ticket stubs go by the wayside.

Printed out computer tickets and tickets on your phone doesn't make for good keepsakes. 03-old

I agree. I love keeping my ticket stubs along with programs.
