Quote: NC State football coach Dave Doeren was on his weekly coaches show and talked about his team's 24-17 road loss to Clemson in Death Valley.

The host asked Doeren what was some of the things that his team did well against the Tigers.

"Yeah we did, you know, I mean we knocked their tailback out of the game," Doeren said.

Regardless, if the hit was dirty or not, it's just not cool to publicly applaud someone's head injury regardless of time or place.

Quote:Clemson star running back Wayne Gallman during Monday's media interviews stated that he thought North Carolina State's Dravious Wright was intentionally headhunting on the vicious hit.

"Yeah. Pretty much (hit was intentionally dirty). He didn't lead with his hands." Gallman said. "He just came with his head. I saw it everywhere. I wanted somebody that was in the game to hurt him if they could since I wasn't able to be in."

Dabo isn't one to intentionally run up the score but I hope next year we are up 50 in the 4th and still throwing deep on that low class scumbag. Perfect coach for NC State since neither he nor them have accomplished anything of note.

If I took 100 NC State fans, I suspect about only 30 of them would be willing to defend him right now -- on anything.
It's definitely a stupid thing to say. I have no idea why he would say that? However, I also don't think it's that big of a deal. You see/hear much worse all the time.
Meatheads got to meathead.
No way anyone can defend him...05-nono
I'm surprised that Lucy, the resident Wolfpack fan, hasn't chimed in on this topic yet. 05-stirthepot 01-wingedeagle

I thought Lucy was a Wake Forest fan?
She has an NC State husband.
