Not too sure the poor folks having to clean up after Hurricane Matthew would agree. But you're right, weather would be a major factor.
Compher has cemented himself as mr lateral
Lots of negatives happening in North Carolina and at ECU so I'm not surprised he would jump ship if he has a chance. SDSU is up and coming with lots of improvements there.

I definitely agree San Diego is a great city, but I thought he was from Carolina. Meh, don't really care I guess.
Such a short stay, would not be surprised to learn he was invited to look. Firing Ruffian was not popular.
