An Ole Miss fan told me no band has been allowed this season to come because of renovations to Vaught-Hemingway and increase season ticket sales.

As someone with a family member in the band, I was told that they COULD go, but they were 'not allowed to march on the field or play in the stands'.

hah. So the band was welcome to come. And theoretically they could bring their instruments. They just couldn't play them.
