I have a feeling we just come out and dominate this game. Think with this OL and the running game we have a chance to dominate the clock and teams.
Dukes need to get this one done. Hoping for a UD team coming out flat instead of rested from their bye. Parents weekend crowd will bring numbers but not noise Saturday. 1:30 start time suuuuuuuuucks too. Everybody coming to the game should bring a rowdy friend with them. So far we've proven more than UD. Massey has them as #49 in FCS while we're #19.
They have a 42 pt win over #124 Delaware State (second worst FCS team) and 18 pt win over #94 Lafayette. They have a 17 pt loss to #49 FBS Wake Forest. This is the #82 strongest FCS schedule.
We have a 73 pt win over #103 Morehead State, a 35 pt win over #105 Central Connecticut State, and an 11 pt win over #55 Maine. We have a 28 pt loss to #25 FBS North Carolina. This is the #47 strongest FCS schedule.
They seem to be, on paper, very marginally better than Maine and we have them at home. We're 13 pt favorites.

JK. Just berate him for having a football-season wedding. Plus it's family weekend so I won't be there either.
Dukes will own this one. They have some injuries on defense it looks like, which wasn't amazing to start with, so I have a feeling we break off 350+ on the ground on Saturday. Delaware will probably score in the low 20's. Dukes will be in the mid-30's to low 40's. Once the weather forecast gets dialed in I'll be able to make a better prediction. Key: ground and pound and hold onto the ball. Every minute is a learning experience for this coaching staff, so I expect us to learn from the mistakes of the past few weeks.

They sure do think a lot of themselves! Sure we're biased but we have some physical evidence to back up the strength of our offense, and if the defense shows up with the pass rush they had against Maine in the 2nd half the Blue Chickens are going to be in a for a long day IMO.

Although I will say we need to be disciplined in our pass rush or Walker will get a lot of yards with his ability to scramble. Almost figure we'll have someone spy him at LB the whole game.

This. My brother is getting married, and he wanted to get married in the winter. He chose Jan 28 - the off week between the AFC/NFC Championship games and the Super Bowl. Gotta plan accordingly folks!

Before we even got engaged my wife (unprompted) said we shouldn't do a fall wedding that would force our friends (and us) to miss a JMU football game. Not to get all sappy, but mark that down under ways you know she's the one...haha
