9 of the top 12 threads as I just signed on are from the libs here. I thought they had disappeared. That said, their fear is palpable.
The only way they can win is with illegal voting.

If Owl 69/70/75 were elected it would lead to a weaker presidency, allies or not, because that would be one of my primary objectives.
The presidency, and with it the executive branch, have become far too powerful in our government. Time to reverse that trend in a major way.
Limited government. Where government is necessary, favor local over state over federal. At each level, more power to legislative over executive and judicial.

Well, You can't say that there are anywhere near the reverse of those crimes happening. I'm sure if there were, the Media would have those stories as the lead story on the National news.

I'm with you on that one. Far too much power has been 'claimed' by the President or essentially given up by a weak Congress. For all the complaining about nothing getting done,I think things would actually improve if power was returned to the branches it belongs to.
Southerners have always agitated for more "state/local rights" so they can be free to discriminate against minorities.
