Yes I did the Google search.
He was Born in Huntsville Texas. Mark Lutrell was a federal prison warden before getting into politics and moved around in the federal prison system for several years. I thought he might have been stationed in Texas at some point in his career.
But thank you for the suggestion. I would have never thought of Google.

Again, another easy Google search and there is nothing mentioned about Texas.
Sounds like he is a Tennessean. Anything else in some sort of 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon way is a stretch
