The defense definitely had potential. I have been pleasantly surprised. UT lost a lot at defensive end, but there has been no drop off. The D-Line is on their way to a banner year. In spite of the loss of Coleman, the LBs are solid. Everyone was expecting a drop off in the defensive backfield, but that has not been the case. Toledo D has a lot of athletic guys.

Was listening to Coaches show and Candle had the D coordinator on. He was interesting to listen to. Talked on Hester and scheme, he seemed calm and smooth like Candle. I imagine he will be up next in time. We are fast on D. I liked the one return on Saturday that got away a bit and the Fresno runner thought he was in the clear and Myers out of no where ran him down in a split second. Team speed. Lets hope we get Earl Moore back for BYU. We will need some big bruisers up front.
