Refs screwed OSU, Central Michigan was given a down after Intentional grounding and time had expired. They shouldnt have been given another down

Correct, huge mistake. That play triggered me hard (back to the Bahamas bowl).

Outside of Bama in football and sUcK in bball, the SEC is the most overrated conference out there.

So something drastic went to a G5's favor for a change? Don't the rules say game can't end on a penalty? It's a loss of down but they still have to play the down.

I thought the game couldn't end on a defensive penalty, but it could on an offensive one.

Should have been an accepted live ball penalty with no time remaining and loss of downs not untimed down

That's such a dumb rule. I'm glad the refs did what they did.
Cincy and ECU both pop P5s in the mouth. Grats gentlemen
Arkansas beats #15 TCU in Ft. Worth, 41-38 in 2OT. What a game
Charlotte didn't have a game thread, but we won 47-14.

We started slow, but Olsen found his rhythm in the second quarter going 13-13 with 3 TDs. Defense let Elon drive down the field on their first possession but they barely moved the ball after the second possession.

I was watching that and was thinking maybe people should be worried about facing Tech. You give them all they want at their place and they beat TCU away. LaTech ain't kidding around this year.

Agreed; however, as the rules are currently, the game should've been over. There should probably be a revision in the rules to include something for this scenario. Is it right for a team end a game like this by just throwing the ball into the air with no one around? They didn't have any receivers run a route.

Here's a clip of the intentional grounding call and the amazing hail mary that followed
