Didn't get to watch ODU, but App ran against UT very well. Don't get me wrong, I'm rooting for the ODU, but I just don't think App will be stopped.
I don't think it will be the blow out like last year, but it's going to be tough for ODU again

hoping the team is pissed they let Tenn off the hook and they take out their frustrations on ODU. Having said that, it will not be a blow out like last year, I think we have a competitive game late in the third, but App pulls away late and wins by a couple of scores.
I don't expect a blowout like last year. I don't think that score was even representative of last year's teams. I'm not apologizing because I do think App had the better team, but the weather was in our favor and ODU just let that one get away from them. I was a bit concerned that, if we won at Tennessee, it might be tough for the players to be focused on ODU with Miami coming the following week. The way things turned out (UGH!), I think the Apps will have a chip on their shoulders. I think the Monarchs will also have a chip on their shoulder with something to prove from last year. I'm hoping for a great game with the Apps coming out on top (obviously). :-)

Me and the Mrs are coming in Friday afternoon. We both love the mountains. Looking for a much more competitive game this time. Think someone else said close for 3 quarters then App pulls away late. probably about right, but you never know. Does your stadium have seat backs?

Lower level seats do not have seat backs on the west side, I think it's the same on the lower east.
If you're looking for a neat tailgate meal, call in a couple to go plates at Daniel Boone Inn, fried chicken, two sides and a ham biscuit for $8/plate.

what TV outlet will this one be featured on?
ODUs defense didnt look as good as I had hoped. Our offense will be much better than last year though. The Monarchs still get creamed in Boone though. Obviously I want ODU to win, but I think App takes it and it will be somewhere in the 17 to 40 range.
