As usual you are wrong again. I think the best hire was Ga. Tech for getting Josh away from us. As for as Tubby. It is a wait and see. I hope he does well here because it was hitting rock bottom with Josh as coach.

I have zero doubts Tubby can coach, but not going to be a blind faith fluffer either - proof will be in the pudding. Some seem to think he's going to work a magic act with Jake and Rykhoek manning the middle. Time will tell.

Again, some folks have trouble separating criticisms of coaching ability and criticisms of recruiting ability.

I've certainly been vocal of the latter as have quite a few - that won't change until the results change.

Kind of the way it works - you get credit or criticism based on results - on the court and in recruiting.

Actually this was a poll about the best hires. Not coaching ability, not recruiting & not based upon results. And that is what makes criticism at this point motivated by some other bias. Wonder what that could be?

Actually, we weren't discussing the poll though.

He called me out over other posts in other threads, mainly on the recruiting forum.

But, no agenda/bias on my end, just defense and explanation of position based on 2tiger's assumption/assertion.

IDIOT COACHES. Someone even said "he's won everywhere he's been". They obviously have a big picture problem. They are looking at 25 years instead of 4 months.
