Jeff Fisher fired ...LOL .... LONG TIME COMING IMO....

Wow--he started with the Houston Oilers in 1994. Amazing he hung around so long, as he was the epitome of mediocre. Wonder if he'll get another shot, as he's only 58?

He'll get some job in the league office. It's going to be hard for defensive oriented coaches to get HC opportunities without having a hot OC to pair with.

The Raiders wouldn't have that issue.
Two broken legs to QB's on the same day. Joe Thiesman sympathizes
WOW, both the Broncos and Panthers officially eliminated from the playoffs this weekend. CRAZY. I feel like both teams will rebound next season.

With the Raiders having Carr hurt at QB, I think the Cheifs can give the Pats a run for their money.

Whenever they meet in the AFC Playoffs that will be the real AFC Title Game-(Patriots vs Chiefs)
Can't believe the Fish made it. I doubt they do much in the postseason, but I'm just happy they're in it after starting 1-4 with a rookie head coach, losing 2 all-pro caliber players for the season, and then losing the starting QB with 3 games to go. Gase is the real deal. In my 15 or so years of being a fan of this team, I think this is the first time that I can say that the future is bright for this franchise #FinsUp
Man.... Dallas was playing tight with Detroit but has now broke this thing out...
so 10 playoff teams are known now...

#11 will be the Redskins if we can beat the Giants.
#12 will be Packers/Lions winner.

only way Redskins miss playoffs with win is if the Packers/Lions game ends in a tie.

Dem Boyz played the Perfect 2nd Half....play like that in the Post Season a 6th Lombardi Trophy at The Star...07-coffee3

I'm hoping Jerrah sabotaged the whole thing by putting Romo in at QB during the playoffs

Yeah, Gase has worked some kind of magic with Tannehill. I thought that dude was destined for the scrap heap before this year

Have faith as a Cowboys Fan that Stephen Jones will stop him like he did when he stopped him from drafting Manziel...lol

But I do want to see Romo in next week in Philadelphia...knock the rust off just in case
My Raiders are done.

With Carr hurt, I don't think they can get passed the Chiefs or Pats now.... sad too.... I thought it would be destiny for a Cowboys/Raiders Super Bowl.
Should the Vikings rest (most) starters and essentially "throw" the game vs the Bears??

The outcome of the game won't affect their 3rd place finish in the division.

All a win does is move them down in the draft order, and possibly get starters hurt.

Doesn't matter....the Vikings don't have a 1st round draft choice...traded it for Sam Bradford...that day in August-(Bridgewater knee injury) to go with Peterson injury stopped a Super Bowl run
Good point!

I'm extremely hopeful the Vikings will dump Adrian Peterson. I wish him well, and I hope he has a meaningful season with a new team in 2017.

But the Vikings should, and in my opinion must, try to trade him for a first round pick.

That is of course, if any team will have him at that cost? There must be a team that is on the cusp of a Super Bowl who would feel that adding a 31/32 year old Peterson, who mostly rested in 2016, could help push them over the top??

Raiders? Chiefs? Anyone except NFC North teams and the Cowboys. 07-coffee3

If not, cut him. Unless he's willing to take a huge paycut.
seems like playoff matchups pretty set now... esp AFC
1 New England
2 Kansas City
6 Miami @ 3 Pittsburgh
5 Oakland @ 4 Houston

1 Dallas
2 Atlanta
6 Washington or Detroit or Green Bay @ 3 Seattle
5 NY Giants @ 4 Detroit or Green Bay
Kirk Cousins throws a backbreaking INT to kill DC's playoff chances. Probably torpedoed his chances at a long term deal.
That pick by Cousins ended it for the Skins... Too bad, as I hate the Giants.

Tough deal for the Raiders.....
