I imagine part II doesn't include the second half? Lol. It's amazing how similar some fan bases can be. I thought it was bad that we always hang onto the 1994 Wyo-Nebraska game where we led a good portion of the game until we muffed a punt return in the 4th when we were down 3, eventually losing by 10 to the eventual national champs. You guys bring up a 48-17 blowout? Good stuff.
Just a little friendly smack talk so don't get too riled up. P

You haven't won 10 games in a season since Joe Tiller was coaching.
The new people on this board don't know what it was like back in the dark ages. Nebraska was huge! We were puny and were able to hang in for a half. We have a different mindset now. We expect to win, not put up a good showing and go home.
Nebraska reloaded in the second half and blew us out. Back then, we didn't have the depth, or the speed or the....
Me and my buddies were listening to the game on the radio at his apartment in Suburban Estates. At halftime, we celebrated like we won the national championship. LOL
I remember hearing that game on the radio with so many floormates at STN. We were so excited at half-time being tied, we actually believed we would win it.
Years later at The Foundry when they were showing the Silicon Valley Bowl, I met someone who claimed to have played football for the Huskies and was at the Nebraska game. I don't remember his name, but he said they gave it everything they had on the field, but they simply did not have the depth to compete with Nebraska.
Nebraska has a special meaning for us Wyoming fans. Back in 1962 the Huskers hired Bob Devaney away from Wyoming and he went on to become the greatest football coach in Nebraska's history. It would be nice to get some revenge for that someday...

If your coach could find a way to beat Nebraska, they would hire him away too.

Uhhh Daveney definitely has a good resume but there was this other guy named Tom Osborne who was pretty solid.
Did we ever get out of some of those four games to Nebraska or are we stuck with that garbage deal?
If not we should just do what USF did to us and schedule 1-for-1s with other schools and get those games pushed back so far until they eventually get cancelled.
