#10 - Troy

The other Trojans have a headliner player in Wesley Person, who averaged 16.8 ppg, 3.5 rpg and shot 37% from the arc. He has three other starters returning to help him. The problem is that this same group only managed four conference wins last season, so even with the same cast, the performance is going to have to change.

Troy lacks size, with no one over 6-8. Also, the best of their stable of 6-8 players, John Walton, was a senior last year. Furthermore, they live by the 3-pointer, and they couldn't shoot last year (30.9% from the arc), so they are going to have to shoot better or change their approach. They also get beat on the boards by 2 per game.

Person is a great player around which to build a program, but he cannot do it by himself. Unless someone steps up, it may be more of the same for the Trojans this year.
