Exactly. Either funds are donated with strings attached, in which case in deserves to be shut down in the first place, or the generous people making donations would just donate to another charitable cause and lives (maybe different, maybe the same) would continue to be saved.

This is a load of crap. With hundreds if not thousands of charitable organizations in the U.S. those countries could make a donation to any of them but have they ever? Only a stupid person,( Hillary supporter) would believe that she's doing it for the poor.

what about the International Red Cross? Or Doctors Without Borders? Or any one of literally hundreds of real charities that aren't actually selling favors to foreign dignitaries ?
