Article written 2 years ago about three Nigerian students at this private school in Adrian. No last names (at the time) but the one referenced in the tweet is Maxwell. Then a soph.

No sure what all this means. But found it interesting.

I think as a team last year, collectively WMU only had 5 dunks. Could be nice to have a player who can play above the rim.

As I closed with previously ... I don't know what this means. Is this young man now cleared by the NCAA actually on the team? I have no idea.

Re rim wreckers the last two classes provide that and as Hawk touted the last class in particular focused on improving overall athleticism. Even if he had stayed, I didn't see Kellen playing any significant minutes. More seasoned? Absolutely. But not able to guard like bodied souls (saw first hand at last game with NIU) freshman in the post.

I'm hoping to see some dunks like Shawntes Gary, Stanes Bufford, and even Ben Reed used to do.

So, what's the bottom line here?

I only stumbled on this and decided to peel the onion back a couple layers. Found more than anticipated but still very vague.

Is the kid enrolled currently at WMU? Is he on the team as one link stated? Is he on scholarship?

Not sure how where this is all leading and will play out.
