Not directly related to this years team, but came across this article that former UT golfer Alan Murray was recently named head coach at Washington. Had been head coach at UAB, and last year they won their NCAA regional, and finished T-19th nationally. He won national coach of the year a couple years back.

Toledo shouldn't leave the MAC because the travel costs for the golf team would be too much............
Rockets finish third at Turning Stone, behind champion Missouri and runner-up Texas A&M.
Tournament was played in New York State and hosted by Missouri. I guess they don't have golf courses in Missouri.
Here's a link to the standings.

Toledo in 7th (out of 14 schools) at the Wolf Run Intercollegiate in Indiana. There are (unless I overlooked somebody) three other MAC schools in the field. Rockets one stroke ahead of Akron and comfortably ahead of Ball State, Miami and Northern Illinois.
Rain has shortened the event to 36 holes. Play concludes Sunday.

I thought I knew, or would recognize, the names of pretty much all the schools. Don't know that one.
Here's a link. Play ends today, weather permitting.
