You almost CAN'T play KJ, Dedric, and Rivers at the beginning because one of those will almost always have to be the 5 during game play.
You might see Markel start at the 3, then have KJ sub for Rivers, then Rivers sub for Dedric, then Dedric sub for KJ, etc to keep a couple guys taller than 6'2 in the game.
At this point I'll simply refer to it as a "chart"..."depth" is not a current option these days.
hopefully football can distract us from their first 2 months of play.

Tubs better step it up, as he has played these teams before.

Anyone who is not concerned at this point is kidding themselves. This staff has known for 4 months about the roster shortcomings and has done next to nothing about it.
I'm more concerned about someone getting hurt during the season and if we are rolling with 8 players... could get very interesting.. So, how they going to practice with 9 players... surely Tubby can bring on some rec players for practice?

That is inexcusable to not even have enough players to conduct 5 on 5 games.
Maybe Mr. #BAM can get out there since he sure as hell isn't #BOOMing.
That's just bad. Makes me nervous for next season even more. The staff better hope they close out on some of these kids that are listing us. Memphis is too loaded coming up in the next few classes, I hope to hell he can get most to stay.
As for this season, yes we are going to be light. I agree with Tubby that you don't want to scholarship kids just to fill seats. It would be nice to grab a couple of one and done transfers, but that's Tubby's call. If I can give a kid 7 years to screw up Tiger basketball, then I can sit back and give Tubby Smith 3 years to right the Titanic.
