Liberals don't largely read anger porn (which is what I describe polemic screeds). I'm not going to learn anything. Basically anger porn books provide a opinionated story using selective data designed to make the reader angry. You aren't going to learn anything from those books.

I've noticed that there is now a lack of new non-fiction books. I was in an airport last week and wanted to buy a non-fiction book. Every single book on offer (other than books I've already read) save one was a polemic screed from either the left or the right. I bought the book. It was "the Plantagenets". It was pretty good.

I guess liberals do not desire the yearning for truth.

Yet if these were books that were trashing Donald Trump, I'd almost guarantee you, that the media would be out there singing the praises and "honesty and openness" of those books.

Whereas, I'd wager the authors of these books aren't getting much time of day on the media outlets.

Don't get me wrong.. we already know what a corrupt and mean woman Hillary is, but sometimes it's just good to have it on paper in writing somewhere.

No I wouldn't. Those books exist about Trump, but I'd never bother buying a book on that.

We don't read polemics. Its like AM radio. That's not what we do.
