Right where we want them.
Seriously, what are the odds we'd finish second in the West? I mean, how often does that happen?
I'm taking the over. Beating BG twice in a year is going to be so fun maybe we can get them in a Bowl game too.

Not gonna happen.

BG won't make it to the MAC championship game.

I think your "enter" key has a little bounce in it.
The MAC East is so freaking weak. What was their record against the West last year? Can't imagine they would have won more that 1/3rd of those games.

Of course for the last few years the East tends to do better in the MACC games than they do during the regular season.

yeh, forgot BG got NIU in the MACC game with the 3rd stringer and won that game (I think we had him for most of our game - and lost). Sad that BG beats NIU and WMU - and we lose both those games in our own stadium. I do remember how we played against BG. Physically dominated them but couldn't stop the Dieter. Led by as many as 23 and never less than 9 after going up by 14 early on. Win by 16. BG definitely saved the East win record and Ohio helps us out by beating NIU late - so we could lay another turd on our field....

NIU completely owned UT during the Beckman/Campbell era----out of those 6 losses that cost UT 6 shots at the MACC, about half were winnable. I liked what I saw in the Boca Raton bowl so hopefully Candle does not suffer from the same disease that infected his two immediate predecessors.

Actually our 3rd-string QB (Graham) was injured for the MACC. It was our 5th-string walk-on QB (Fiedler) that played against BG. He also played part of the game against Ohio. And both are related to former NFL QBs, oddly enough.
