What is Doc Holliday doing these days? Is he still with channel 24 there in Memphis? A buddy in Pickwick says a new bar & grill has opened called "Doc Holliday's". Wondering if our former player is the owner.

I don't know about Pickwick, but Doc Holliday's is set to open in Oakland in the old O-Zone building sometime in August, I believe.

I was in Pickwick last weekend and Doc's is now closed there. Lasted one summer. I guess he's moving to Oakland.

It's a common nickname no doubt. The difference is my buddy says the place in Pickwick was covered with Memphis State and University of Memphis sports memorabilia. And the owner sounded like our Doc when he described him to me.
