In order to make an omlette, you need to break some eggs... This is the mindset of those in power in the Federal gov't today. If you're in the "right" industry, you get a lot of leeway.

I don't understand how Elon Musk gets a pass on everything. He is getting HUGGGGGGGGGGGGGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE amounts of tax dollars on nearly every single one of his ventures. If Steve Jobs were a welfare queen he'd been Elon Musk.

I don't think anyone can really pin down how Musk is gaming the gov't. He appears to only be surpassed by MIC suppliers like Lockheed Martin when it comes to graft

Making a public offering brandishing a certain piece of technology as a center point and at the same time sitting on information that said tech. has gotten a human being killed is fraud.

Ive heard people come out and say that it was only a Beta, and shouldnt be used as its advertised because it hasn't had all its kinks worked out yet.

I call BS, because you NEVER launch betas into a uncontrolled enviornment. Especially betas that can have a life/death consequence.
