Hard to say what happened from that video. If he was reaching into his pocket I have no problem with the shooting, but if not there certainly seems to be an issue here.
Just shooting from the hip, but I would suspect he didn't want the cops to know he had a gun. Give his rap sheet he was probably not supposed to be carrying a firearm and it was possibly stolen. Bottom line, don't fight with the cops.

There is surveillance footage from the store that has not been released yet which is why I have not commented, but I will say the footage out now does not look great
Liberals are too busy with their "Hillary lied and committed crimes but wont be prosecuted" circle jerk that they dont care about no black man getting shot.
When you are placed under arrest, you are to comply with officers and put your hands behind your back. If they say get on the ground, you get on the ground. If you dont, and instead fight back and westle with them, then you could do something further stupid in which you will get shot.

DOJ is premature but if it keeps things calm that might fine.
Is Sterling had a gun it won't help the cause of those who want the cops
convicted prior to an investigation.

Very premature. Shouldn't the DOJ wait for the local authorities to investigate and present their findings first or is it automatically a civil rights case anytime a black person is shot by a cop or white person?
