Well, he's an excellent communicator. He has a young sounding voice and is pleasant to listen to. It will be interesting to see what he sounds like when he gets excited. Glad he and his wife are interested in coming here.
Rockets will give him a lot to get excited about!

Cliche's so rapid sounds more like satire of a sportscaster, than a sportscaster. I didn't have the stamina to make it far into the broadcast.
If he can pick up a more conversational style and is interesting at it and leave the announcer talk in the bathroom mirror, he'll be a great addition. Otherwise, I couldn't handle it without shooting the radio.
In this tape he sounds very stilted - more like he is reading than just talking. The timbre of his voice is nice, but delivery needs to be a little smoother.
