I mean, that makes me more optimistic about Syracuse. Hopefully I am underestimating them and they can pull off 6-7 wins. In year one of Dino, I'll take it.

Syracuse has a op 5 schedule this year. I agree with the article that SU could be much much better but it not really show because of the schedule
Should make for an Exciting Year Orange fans!!! I am really loving ALL the coaching changes made this past off-season!!!
I think in 2-3 years the Nation will seriously see what we are building over here in the ACC!!!

Syracuse used to be a top 25 team and I'm trying to tell people we can return to it. It's a real hard sell when your known as a basketball school and the Football is almost unwatchable at times.

I have faith cause I see the money being pumped in. 255 mill into the carrier dome, Paying more for a coach, new practice facility ect.. I hope we can contend for ACC titles in 3, 4 years. I know that's laughable (but one can dream right?)

As for teams like Syracuse and Louisville. I think I can speak for both of us. We are happy to be in a conference where teams are competing for national championships.

What are Louisville fans expecting this season? If my math is correct you guys are 40-12 since 2012. I'm expecting big things from you guys in the future.
44 I'm expecting a minimum of 9 wins from the Cards. There are 3 questions for this years team; 1) how well will the OL improve, 2) can they replace Rankins on the DL & 3) will the offense finally get into high gear. There is a lot of talent that skipped the NFL draft, primarily on the defense. Depending on the answers to the 3 questions, the Cards should win 9 but has a legitimate shot of going undefeated. The schedule is challenging but not overwhelming. We have Charlotte, Marshall, Houston & Kentucky OOC & have Duke as our crossover. The last I saw Louisville was a 37 point favorite over Charlotte to start the season.

Ditto.04-cheers

Wake won before so anything is possible. And if Dino recruits well enough and has you guys believing, then you can make it. Northern schools have Great players too, you guys just need to pull some from Penn St., Rutgers, etc...
We're Loving every second of the ACC and going against Clemson and FSU every year will only make Us STRONGER!!05-mafia

Syracuse has a op 5 schedule this year. I agree with the article that SU could be much much better but it not really show because of the schedule

the schedule with current division alignment means hard schedules for cuse every year.

colgate=rhode island should be a wash.
@usf vs USF at home-slightly easier
Central michigan at home vs @ uconn. slightly harder
LSU at home vs Notre Dame at metlife. is a wash to me

@virginia vs home va tech...is a wash to me.
thats not factoring in coaching.

Are you sure you didn't miss NCST or are they really ranked higher than VT and Miami?

I like the headline:

"Louisville football's going to be volatile, dangerous, and all sorts of fun in 2016"
I thought that it was a fair article on Pitt.
