Not once did they say NIU would be a tough game or good out of conference game! It said, WMU has a realistic shot at winning the MAC because they play NIU and Toledo at home. It said, a San Diego St win over NIU isn't exactly a big attention grabber. It mentioned that NIU is on South Florida's schedule.

If Drew Hare plays this year NIU will be a tough game for many teams. If he does not or cannot run it will be a long season.
