Has the conference ever had a neutral host site? Does the conference have plans for a neutral host in the near future?
I think the Sun Belt will be a top 5 conference, and maybe a host site in Georgia or Alabama, would be great for the league.

Not recently in any memory. Current policy is that the tournament rotates through every conference school willing to host. General history is that the Sun Belt has never drawn well when its events are at neutral sites (See Men's and Women's basketball)
Just say no to neutral sites
