By an ignoramus...

Quote:A trip to the men’s restroom at a Walmart in Clinton quickly escalated into a full-fledged struggle when one man criticized another for bringing his 5-year-old daughter with him.

Christopher Adams said his 7-year-old son, Kyler, and 5-year-old daughter, Emery, both had to go when the family visited the store Sunday to buy blinds and storage bins, so he took them both inside the men’s restroom in the back of the store.

“This guy walks in and goes to the bathroom, the urinal,” Adams recalled Tuesday. “Then he just, like, turns to me and starts freaking out, dropping the ‘F-bomb,’ and what he was freaking out about was that my daughter was in the men’s bathroom.”

Adams said the man told him it was “inappropriate,” and soon began to push him after Adams gave him a terse response.
Man says he was attacked for taking 5-year-old daughter inside men's restroom
Dude dropping the fbombs was an idiot.
Quote:Adams, who is 6-foot-3 and 250 pounds, eventually pinned down the alleged assailant, Fox-13 reported.

That's why the d-bag sucker punched him, too cowardly to go mano a mano with him. I hope Adams landed a few strikes before pinning him to the ground.

Quote:When the police arrived, the man was cited for disorderly conduct, and Clinton police told Fox they are still deciding whether to press assault charges.

Not sure why they wouldn't.

Walmart is just a scary place in general.
It was inappropriate.

I think I took my daughter into a men's bathroom one time. I made sure it was empty and then asked someone to stand outside the door so nobody would come in unaware.

The dad apparently did not do that.

The guy that walked in was rightfully irritated being caught unawares. But his response to the situation was idiotic.

A 5-year-old being escorted by her father doesn't seem unusual to me. She's still too young to be left unattended in a big box store's bathroom. The guy at the urinal... did he think a kindergartner was interested in looking at his junk?

That's ridiculous.

No, its not. You go in, flop out the equipment, and then a guy brings a little girl out of a stall with no warning.

Its common decency not to do that without taking some precaution for other people to avoid awkward situations. It is, after all, a men's bathroom.

Make sure its empty...ask someone to watch the door for you. Then you are fine.

Yeah, but usually dudes aren't walking around the with their dong hanging out. They are up against the urinal so even the dude next to them can't see anything. I get your point, but I have a daughter and took her into the men's room when she was five and never had an issue. The dude in this particular case was just an ahole.
No woman in the men's bathroom! We need to feel secure.

Maybe in Arkansas....but nowhere I've ever seen. It's just common practice that fathers take their kids into the men's room and nobody gives it a second thought. You honestly expect him to have his 7 year old pull lookout duty...or look around for another adult while his 5 year-old is about to pee her pants? Phuleeze.

Took like 10 seconds for me to ask a lady to watch the door and then check to see if anyone was in there....as a result I didn't surprise anyone and didn't trigger some road rage and get punched out.

But maybe that guy's technique appeals to people more than mine for some reason. Different strokes.

If it was a one holer with no lock, then yeah...get a lookout. But with the modern rest-rooms...especially in a Wal-Mart...almost all have dividers for urinals and stalls for stools. It's not really necessary.
Sounds like that dude was either a sissy or has No kids.

03-lmfao what a loon...
Taking a young daughter to the men's room and staying right with her is ok in my book. Better than sending her alone to the women's bathroom if she is uncomfortable with that. The ahole that complained deserved a butt whipping. Just my opinion.
