Considering the fact that the two owners basically have the entire second row at Tiger basketball games, I'd say this thread is as tiger related as it gets.

Coletta's is better IMHO. They have a stand at the Liberty Bowl in addition to their restaurant.

Here in my Iowa town, the American Legion has a rib night where they throw short ribs in a slow cooker with bbq sauce and cook it up. I only went once, though the polka band was pretty hot.
