Same guy went to a football game at Ohio State this year. He was reading a book in the stands during the game and got his ass handed to him by some Bucks fans. Classic case of a guy who doesn't really care about sports, but attends sporting events just to appease buddies.

I hope the Ambassador still contributes to the program despite his fondness for Calipari.
Hope the Dude is working on Cal coming back to Memphis

Calipari has not been mentioned to my knowledge to fill the Griz head coaching vacancy and the Ambassador may have limited influence on the hire.
Our Ambassadors, who by definition generously donate at least $25,000 per year to Tiger athletics, have my deepest appreciation, respect and admiration. As far as I am concerned, their personal interests are their own business.
I would take Cal back this afternoon, fun times when the Dude ran the program

At the half-way point of his Memphis tenure, quite a few people in the community said that he wasn't worth his compensation and suggested that he be fired.

Your pining for Calipari will go unrequited. He is at KY unless the right NBA job appears.

Question? Which would you prefer? Having Calipari back or getting into the Big 12?

It is a source of continual amusement for me.

neither will happen, so what's the point of your question?

Simply this. To get into the Big 12 he could not be our coach.

that's not a problem...moreover, that in no way makes Cal and Tommy West wrong about the obvious miserable segment of our fan base

Mr. Madison, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
