Does anyone know if UC is going to have another surplus apparel sale this summer? Always good finds there.

I think that only happened because of the switch to UA

They happen at other times that have nothing to do with changing apparel suppliers. The last one I had been to more than a few years ago I had picked up some Adidas fleeces. They change styles enough irrespective of the outfitter that I expect it just builds up with time to the point that they have these sorts of sales.

That said, I wouldn't expect one anytime soon. I don't recall them occurring as frequent as annually.

I know they had one last year and two years ago. Seemed like they just kind of popped up too.

They had some apparel at the equipment surplus sale in March and April. I missed the May sale. It's hit and miss at that sale. It is held the 1st Saturday of each month from 9-1 at the Fishwick Drive facility.

The one a couple of years back was, I think, ahead of the Nippert renovation as they cleared out a lot of old storage. I remember a whole bunch of old CUSA era equipment and jerseys being on sale at that one.

I know I cleaned up last year, it was around Father's Day.
