If clinton does not get indicted, I will lose all faith in our government. 22 top secret emails on her server, 1600 classified emails, Clinton foundation involved, non State Department people with emails receiving data. Clinton told private email not allowed.

And now this, emails to/from IT specialist for period he worked with Clinton missing. We elect these people and she is going to be the Democratic nominee for President.

More bad news for her. CNN article.
If Bush isn't in jail for getting us into Iraq under false pretenses, I don't think Hillary should be in jail for emails.

You have evidence that he lied about the risk assessments he had received from the CIA and other countries intelligence agencies. He had bad data but he relied on that data to make a decision.

Er, Cheney I meant. It's really his cabal that cherry picked the evidence.

So Russian intelligence, British intelligence and all the rest were wrong too. He did not cherry pick evidence, he just had bad evidence from multiple sources.

So now we're supposed to believe the Russians? When did that start? I'm sure the British government was getting considerable pressure from the Bush administration to go along with the whole deal.

Please post your sources and info that all these intelligence agencies and/or the Bush white house altered data.

The Obama admin knew from day one that the attack in Bengazhi had nothing to do with the video as they stated for well over a week.

These are the worst kind of arguments. The legal system isn't some sort of comparisons between crimes. And as pointed out by other posters, what Bush did wasn't a crime.

Could you imagine an attorney using that sort of awful logic in court?... "If OJ isn't in jail for killing Nicole, I don't think my client should be in jail for raping several people."
there is bad decision making (Iraq war), and there is violating rules (laws?) of confidentiality...
