Quote:Throughout the Republican Party, from New Hampshire to Florida to California, many leaders, operatives, donors and activists arrived this week at the conclusion they had been hoping to thwart or at least delay: Donald Trump will be their presidential nominee.

An aura of inevitability is now forming around the controversial mogul. Trump smothered his opponents in six straight primaries in the Northeast and vacuumed up more delegates than even the most generous predictions foresaw. He is gaining high-profile endorsements by the day — a legendary Indiana basketball coach Wednesday, two House committee chairmen Thursday. And his rivals, Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas and Ohio Gov. John Kasich, are making the kind of rushed tactical moves that signal desperation.
It's gonna happen. Just lay back and enjoy it.

Great. Next they need to go ahead and start planning for the Hillary administration.

Are you enjoying Boehner and McConnell being on the same side as Trump?
Hillary's thrilled.
LoL @ all these people thinking that Hillary freaking Clinton is a lock to beat Trump.

I have a bridge in Florida to sell you.
Up 11 on him. Not a lock but she's liking that.

Other way around. Trump by 10. Once he turns on that charm, the women will go crazy. He's a good looking man, very presidential.

Well there is that Stupid people factor that you have to deal with. They will support anything that has a D next to it regardless of what They do.
Picking a President on polls at this point is like picking the college football champion based on the way too early polls. Good grief!
Stupid people factor has grown quite large this time around. People will vote for anything with a D or named Trump.
Until Hillary and Trump go head to head, I don't think we can make meaningful predictions. We know that Hillary is one of the weakest candidates on the Dem side in a very long time. We also know Trump has inspired more voters to rush to the polls on the GOP side in a very long time. Neither point is being captured in these early polls.

The current polls don't look really pretty. Looks like a historic shellacking.
