Hate to break the narrative, but according to other articles, the proposal that was eventually adopted banning satellite camps altogether was actually proposed by the ACC. The SEC proposal actually allowed for satellite camps within one's home state (what UAB wants) and anywhere else within a 50 mile radius of home state borders.
But that durn SEC!!! Damn them!
