Dude I get it you have to earn a paycheck. Part of that is following the rules set forth by your boss and his boss etc. I've never met you and I hope to someday so that I can thank you for your fine skills. If we do meet I will look lovingly in your eyes and tell you sometimes you have follow your own gut instinct and stand up to your boss as it is the right thing to do.
